General Provisions

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

• Any person under the age of 21 attempting to open an account is prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

• If it is found that a user opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed and all transactions may be cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw a bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once per user.
• Once a bonus is credited, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• betbaz reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Claiming bonuses under multiple accounts or in the names of family members is prohibited.
• betbaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

VIP Program

The betbaz VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You have the opportunity to advance to the next tier automatically based on your gaming activity. VIP terms are subject to change by betbaz.

Gaming Rules

All games on the betbaz platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The results of all games are impartial and technologically verifiable.

General Gaming Terms

• Gaming results are final and cannot be changed for any reason, unless a technical error is proven.
• In the case of an incomplete round due to a technical error, betbaz reserves the right to refund the bet.
• betbaz reserves the right to cancel bets arising from obvious errors.
• The use of any assistive software, bots or automated activity in betting is prohibited.

Sports Betting

• Sports betting will be settled after the official result of a match or event is announced.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded; however, the rules specific to each sport apply.
• betbaz is not responsible for losses due to internet delays in live betting.

Live Casino

• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game may complete automatically; betbaz maintains the obligation to honour the result at that time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbaz platform to maintain its security and fairness. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse or using the bonus system for fraudulent purposes.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Gaming using third-party funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.
• Use of any automated betting software or bots.
• Sharing account credentials with a third party.
• Filing fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks) against betbaz.

Account Suspension and Closure

betbaz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Violation of age-related conditions.
• In response to a responsible gaming request.

Users may also request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, any verifiable balance will be made available for withdrawal, provided it is consistent with the terms and conditions.
